Customer Cancelation Policy: Customers may cancel one time and their booking fee will still apply to the rescheduled session. If the customer needs to cancel a second time then the process starts over. The booking fee is paid and you schedule a new session.

Photographer Cancelation Policy: As the photographer, I will determine if the session must be cancelled due to the weather. Weather can change so quickly, so I will make the call the morning of the session if we need to cancel due to weather. Generally, the only reason I will cancel is due to rain. Please be prepared and dress appropriately for cooler weather if you choose to schedule a session during the cooler months of the year. If I choose to cancel due to weather or I need to cancel for another reason, the cancelation does not count against the customer. Cancelations for reasons other than inclement weather are rare but possible.

Retainer/Booking Fee Policy: A retainer fee is due at the time of booking. The fee is almost always 50% of the cost of the session unless otherwise stated. The remaining amount is due at the time of the session.

Copywrite Policy: Vibrant Designs Photography owns the rights to all photographs taken: both pre and post edited. Customers will be given limited printing rights when the digital files are purchased. No editing, altering, cutting, or otherwise changing of the digital files is allowed. Do not edit out any watermarks. Digital files will be provided when purchased without the VDP watermark.

Digital File Storage Policy: Vibrant Designs Photography stores all digital files for 1 year. Your digital images will no longer be stored by VDP after the year mark has passed. In the event that a VDP customer needs to access his/her digital files from a previous photography session within that year, please contact VDP  to request your online gallery to be made available.

Additional Information: Once a session has been uploaded to the gallery format and has gone live, it will be available for 6 weeks online. At this time, the gallery will expire and no longer be visible to visitors. It is understood that the digital files must be downloaded during these 6 weeks. Once the 6 weeks has passed, the photos will be stored for 1 year in a separate hard drive AND in Shootproof's archive.
